Product is good but heaven forbid you…

Product is good but heaven forbid you have to deal with their customer support. So far, I've received portions of my order which has caused confusion, when I email the confusion gets worse, when I call I get treated like I'm a 5yr old.

Great products and speedy delivery BUT

Great products and speedy delivery BUT, you can’t get in touch with anyone there. There is NO customer service. I’ve spent $5,000 (receipts to prove) with them over the past 3 weeks. I’ve called twice during normal business hours and had to leave voicemails, which were never returned. I’ve emailed twice. No reply. Given the questions that arise and necessity to order the right products and be able to get in touch for help when there’s a hiccup, I’d recommend going with numerous other companies who value you and the support provided beyond your card clearing.

i paid for new seats and console

i paid for new seats and console, recieved part of order, got base, and seat for driver, been allmost 2 months, i have called left message, emailed no response, i have bought from this company in the past was allways good service , but now no service,

No service after sale

Got my order and was not what I expected tried to contact by calling and email many time but no response so I am stuck with the stuff I got bad customer service
